With reference to outcome of Board Meeting dated 29th July, 2026, please note that Members / Shareholders of the Company, in their 42nd Annual General Meeting held today i.e. on 23rd September, 2026, have accorded their approval for appointment of M/s. Kashyap R. Mehta & Partners, Practising Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a term of five (5) consecutive years.
