Fratelli Vineyards Ltd (formerly Tinna Trade Limited) announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The window will remain closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, are submitted to the stock exchanges. This is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of the Board Meeting to approve the financial results will be intimated separately.
