Digispice Technologies Ltd-$ has announced that it will transfer equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) due to unpaid/unclaimed dividend for the financial year 2018-19 onwards. Shareholders are advised to claim their unpaid/unclaimed dividend by October 15, 2026, to avoid transfer of their shares to IEPF.
