Crizac Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled on August 3, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

Crizac Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has acquired 100% equity share capital of Inova Consultancy Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1985. The acquisition will increase the Company's footprint in Mexico. The consideration will be in the form of cash, and the proposed acquisition is expected to be completed by 15 October 2026.
