Century Extrusions Ltd announced the appointment of Shri Charan Singh (DIN - 09238002) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, effective June 23, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Shri Singh brings extensive banking experience, including roles as Executive Director of UCO Bank and General Manager in Bank of India, along with experience as a Member (Technical) in NCLT. Concurrently, the Nomination & Remuneration Committee was reconstituted to include Shri Charan Singh.
