Centum Electronics Ltd has informed that the Lyon Economic Activities Court, France has ordered the conversion of the judicial reorganization proceedings (Redressement Judiciaire) of Centum T&S Group S.A., France and Centum T&S (Centum Technologies et Solutions), France into judicial liquidation proceedings (Liquidation Judiciaire). The conversion follows the court-approved acquisition and takeover of the business operations of the aforesaid entities by MBDA France and SII.
