Bluspring Enterprises Ltd's wholly owned subsidiary, Bluspring New Horizon Two Private Limited, has entered into a term loan agreement with a leading NBFC for up to Rs. 125 Crores to fund the acquisition of 100% of the paid-up share capital of LSG Sky Chefs (India) Private Limited.
