We hereby enclose the Quarterly Business Update of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year (Q2 & H1 FY 27) ended September 30, 2026.

Baazar Style Retail Ltd reported a 6% YoY growth in H1 FY27 revenue from operations to ₹9,645 Mn, with a 13% YoY increase in the number of stores to 283 and a 16% YoY increase in total rental area to 26.69 lakh sq. ft. The company's revenue from operations declined 10% YoY in Q2 FY27 due to a shift in the festive calendar, but same-store sales growth (SSSG) improved to -11% in H1 FY27 from -25% in Q2 FY27.
