B.R.Goyal Infrastructure Ltd has announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on 28 July 2026. The Board approved convening the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 27 August 2026 through video conferencing. The Notice of the AGM and related details will be submitted to the Stock Exchange in due course. The Board also fixed the cut-off date for reckoning the names of eligible members for dispatch of the Notice of AGM as 24 July 2026. Additionally, the Company has appointed MUFG Intime India Private Limited as the e-voting agency and CS Ankit Joshi as the Scrutinizer for the e-voting process. Furthermore, the Board has intimated the Record Date for the declaration of the Final Dividend as 20 August 2026.
