He joined . National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) in 1988 as a Management Trainee and has held various positions of increasing responsibility at NFL's Nangal, Vijaipur and Bathinda Units. He has extensive experience in Ammonia-Urea plant operations, comm1ss1onmg, plant stabilisation, maintenance, projects, energy optimisation and overall unit management. He . also served on deputation with Ramagundam Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited (RFCL), where he was associated with stabilisation of the newly commissioned fertiliser complex. He 1s presently serv1ng as Chief General Manager and Unit Head of NFL's Bathinda Unit since 29.02.2024. He holds a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from NIT Durgapur and an MBA in Finance. He has been associated with several major plant revamp; energy-efficiency·a nd operational improvement initiatives during his career.
