Shareholders meeting

Haleos Labs Limited has submitted the Exchange a copy of the Scrutinizers report of Postal Ballot. The company has informed the Exchange regarding voting results. Resolutions Nos. 1, 3 and 4 have been passed by the shareholders with the requisite majority, however, Resolution NO. 2, pertaining to the approval for payment of managerial remuneration to the Executive Directors, did not receive the requisite majority and accordingly, was not approved by the shareholders through the Postal Ballot process.
