Record Date

Onward Technologies Limited has announced July 3, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholders' entitlement to the dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26. The company had previously recommended a dividend of ₹ 8 per equity share of face value Rs.10/-, subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. If approved by shareholders and after tax deduction, the dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration, in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013.
