Brief Profile Vikas is a Chartered Accountant and seasoned banking leader with over 25 years of experience across MSME, Business Banking, Retail Banking, Credit, Product and Distribution. He brings a strong combination of financial acumen, business leadership, product innovation and execution capability, with extensive experience in building businesses and high-performing teams. He began his banking career with Bank of Rajasthan and UTI Bank, before spending over two decades with ICICI Bank in diverse leadership roles. At ICICI Bank, Vikas led MSME Product nationally, introducing new product lines and simplified credit processes that enabled faster decision-making and a deeper understanding of MSME businesses beyond financials. He also led Gold Loan Product nationally, introducing a technology-enabled workflow in 2015 that continues to be used across ICICI Bank branches by 20,000+ users. 6.
