Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform that the Company has entered into a Service Provider Agreement with Adfactors PR Private Limited on September 01, 2026, for availing Investor Relations services on behalf of the Company, in accordance with the terms and conditions approved by the Board.
