Dear Sir/Madam,
As per regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,
2015, this is to inform that Shri Mirza Mohammed Abdulla, Director (Production & Planning) has
attained the age of superannuation on 31.08.2026. Accordingly, he has been ceased to be Director
of the Company w.e.f 01.09.2026.
Further, Ministry of Steel, Government of India vide order no. S-14014/1/2025-BLA-Part 1 dated
24.08.2026, has assigned additional charge of the post of Director (Production & Planning),
MOIL Limited to Smt. Rashmi Singh, Director (Commercial), MOIL Limited for an initial period
of three months w.e.f. 01.09.2026 to 30.11.2026, or till the joining of regular incumbent or until
further orders, whichever is earlier.
