With the objective of improving operational efficiency, leveraging scale, capacity utilization, cost rationalization, strengthening customer service and the long-term competitiveness of our business, the Company is consolidating its PS Labels operations at its Ambernath and Bangalore facilities. Pursuant thereto, the Board of Directors vide resolution passed by way of circulation on September 1, 2026, has approved the planned closure of the Company’s Pressure Sensitive Labels manufacturing operations at the Baddi facility. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are set out in Annexure 1. The said closure is not material from a materiality threshold perspective.
