Record date -for the purpose of dividend entitlement The Company has fixed Friday, 18111 September, 2026 as the "Record Date• for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive dividend for the financial year 2025-26, if approved at the AGM. Remote e-votlng and e-votlng during AGM Members holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form as on cut-off date of 14111 September, 2026 may cast their vote electronically through electronic voting system of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL).
