Accordingly, with reference to the details provided in Annexure I to our earlier intimation dated 14th July 2026, the effective date of cessation of Shri Kishor Kumar Rajgaria as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company is Monday, 31st August, 2026. The details as required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/1/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026, were already disclosed to the Stock Exchanges vide our aforesaid intimation dated 14th July 2026.
