The requisite details, as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular dated 30 January 2026, are as follows: Particulars Details Existing Capacity ~795 beds Existing capacity utilization ~596 beds (FY26 occupancy of ~75%) Proposed Capacity Addition ~184 beds Period within which the proposed on or before May 2028 capacity is to be added; Total Capacity Post Expansion ~979 beds Investment required ~ Rs. 134.4 crore Mode of financing Debt 70% and Equity 30% Rational To expand the healthcare capacity through the construction of KIMSHEALTH New Block, address space constraints in the existing hospital complex, facilitate expansion of key specialties, enhance patient experience, strengthen healthcare infrastructure in Trivandrum and support future growth.
