A copy of Notice of 31st AGM (‘Notice’) along with Annual Report for the financial year 2025- 2026 are enclosed and are being sent to all the members of the Company whose email address registered with the Company/ RTA/ Depositary Participant(s)/ Depositories as on August 28, 2026 (Cut-Off date). c. Pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b) of SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company has issued letters to those shareholder’s whose email address are not registered with the Company/ RTA/ Depository Participant(s) as on Cut-Off date, stating the web-link where the Annual Report is uploaded on website. d. In compliance with the applicable laws, the Company is providing the facility of remote e-voting and e- voting at the AGM to its members in respect of all the resolutions set forth in the Notice. The Cut-off date for the purpose of reckoning the voting rights of members for the AGM is Tuesday, September 15, 2026 (‘Cut-off date’). Accordingly, all eligible members as on Cut-off date shall be entitled for e-voting. The remote e-voting shall commence from 9.00 a.m. (IST) on Thursday, September 17, 2026 and shall remain open till 5.00 p.m. (IST) on Monday, September 21, 2026.
