HO:SEC:130:2026-27 dated 29.08.2026 regarding scheduling of Annual General Meeting of the Bank We refer to our letter dated August 29, 2026, intimating about the 102nd Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Members of the Karnataka Bank Limited (“Bank”) scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 11:00 AM (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 34 (1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation to our letter cited above, please find enclosed the Notice of 102nd AGM of the Bank and Integrated Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26. The Bank is providing electronic voting facility to its members to exercise their right to vote by electronic means on all the items of business as set out in the Notice, through e-voting platform of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL), which will commence on Friday, September 18, 2026 at 09.00 AM and ends on Monday, September 21, 2026 at 05:00 PM. The e-Voting module will be disabled by CDSL after 05.00 PM on Monday, September 21, 2026. The members who have not cast their votes by remote e-voting can exercise their voting rights through the e-voting system during the AGM. A person, whose name is recorded in the Register of Members or in the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on the cut-off date i.e., Tuesday, September 15, 2026, only shall be entitled to avail the facility of remote e-voting or e-voting at the meeting.
