Sr. Particulars Details 1 Name of the listed company JK Agri Genetics Limited 2 Type of communication received Order of the 12th Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad dated 17th July 2026, dismissing Company’s 3 Date of receipt of communication Suit filed u/s 26, read with Order VII Rule 1 & 2 of Civil Procedure Code. 4 Authority from whom communication received Certified copy of the Order received on 31st August 2026. 5 Brief summary of the material The Company earlier vide its letter dated 14th August 2023 contents of the communication informed the Stock Exchange that the Company took a received, including reasons for Marine Turnover Policy in the year 2014 from Bajaj Allianz receipt of the communication General Insurance Company Ltd. to safeguard damage of seeds in transit. In the same year, a consignment of Cumin seeds was damaged in transit for which claim of ₹ 0.43 crore was made by the Company. However, the insurance company refused the claim. Thereafter, the Company served Demand Legal Notice to them in December 2017, the same was not responded by Insurance Company. Subsequently, in 2018, a Civil Recovery Suit for claim of ₹ 0.43 crore along with interest from the date of claim was filed by the Company with the 6 Expected financial implications on 12th Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad. the listed company, if any The case has been heard multiple times since then. Final 7 Action(s) taken by listed company arguments were completed in December 2025. with respect to the communication We now have to inform that the 12th Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad vide its Order dated 17th July 2026, received on 31st August 2026 has dismissed the Company’s abovementioned Suit. The Company intends to contest the aforesaid Order before the appropriate Court based on advice of our legal counsels. The Company believes that it has good case for realisation of Rs 0.43 Cr claim amount (excluding interest). 8 Period for which communication - would be applicable, if stated 9 Details of any aberrations/non- NA compliances identified by the authority in the communication 10 Details of any penalty or restriction NA or sanction imposed pursuant to the communication 11 Any other relevant information -
