5 Brief summary of the material The Company earlier vide its letter dated 14th August 2023
contents of the communication informed the Stock Exchange that the Company took a

Thereafter, the Company served Demand Legal Notice to
them in December 2017, the same was not responded by
Insurance Company. Subsequently, in 2018, a Civil
Recovery Suit for claim of ₹ 0.43 crore along with interest
from the date of claim was filed by the Company with the

We now have to inform that the 12th Additional Chief Judge,
City Civil Court, Secunderabad vide its Order dated 17th July
2026, received on 31st August 2026 has dismissed the
Company’s abovementioned Suit.
The Company intends to contest the aforesaid Order before
the appropriate Court based on advice of our legal counsels.
The Company believes that it has good case for realisation
of Rs 0.43 Cr claim amount (excluding interest).
