a) Appointment of Mr. Sudhakar Chittepu (DIN: 11899304) as an Independent Director of the Company
not liable to retire by rotation, to hold office for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years commencing
from August 31, 2026 to August 30, 2031 (both days inclusive), subject to the approval of the
members of the Company.
b) Re-appointment of Mr. Kishan Reddy Nalla (DIN - 00038966) as Managing Director of the company
liable to retire by rotation, to hold office for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years commencing from
November 14, 2026 to November 13, 2031 (both days inclusive), subject to the approval of the
members of the Company.
c) Approvalfor continuation of Mr. Bhoopal Reddy Aleti (DIN: 00043263) as whole-time director of the
company after attaining the age of 70 years, subject to the approval of the members of the
Company.
