Mr. Kunal Gandhi, Regional CEO, Pune will be categorized as SMP of the Company with effect from September 1, 2026. 2. Mr. Tikam Jain, CEO- Pune, will cease to be categorized as SMP due to an organizational restructuring and transition to an operational role within the Company, with effect from September 1, 2026. He has over 20 years of experience across corporate strategy, regional growth and entrepreneurship. He joined Lodha in 2018 and led Corporate Strategy for three years before transitioning to the Pune region to oversee Customer Strategy, subsequently serving as Dy. Regional CEO- Pune from 2023, where he played a significant role in strengthening customer experience and the Lodha brand in the regional market. Prior to joining Lodha in 2018, he was the Founder and CEO of Logic Roots, an innovative venture designed to address motivation gaps in childhood education. 5.
