Accordingly, Broadway has ceased to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from August 31, 2026. The details required to be disclosed under the applicable Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, were already submitted with our earlier intimation dated July 11, 2026.
