ISIN: INE191B01025 This is in furtherance to our disclosure dated 24th July, 2026 regarding the proposed incorporation of an associate company with Slagexcel Private Limited, being holding Company. We wish to inform you that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, has issued the Certificate of Incorporation for ‘Welspun Slagexcel Private Limited’ (“WSPL”) on 31st August, 2026. WSPL will manufacture Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBS) through Slag Granulation Process. WSPL has been incorporated with an initial paid-up share capital of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only), comprising 10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. The Company has subscribed 2,600 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 26,000/-, representing 26% of the paid-up share capital of WSPL. Upon incorporation, WSPL has become an Associate Company of the Company. The same is for your information and record, please.
