NOTICE
The 46Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company will be held
on Saturday, 26th September, 2026.
Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made
thereunder the Register of Member and Share Transfer Book of the Company
will remain closed from 19'*September, 2026 to 26tSeptember, 2026 (Both
days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM.
In Compliance with the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013
read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules,
2014 and Pursuant to Regulation 42(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company is providing facility
to its members to exercise their vote at the Annual General Meeting through
electronic means (e-voting).
The details are as under:
1. The date and time of commencement of voting through electronic means:
Wednesday, 23°4 September, 2026 at 9.00 A.M.
2. The date and time of end of voting through electronic means: Friday,
25th September, 2026 at 5.00 P.M.
3. Voting through electronic means shall not be allowed beyond: 5.00 P.M.
on Friday, 25th September, 2026.
4. The cut-off date (record date) for determining rights of entitlement of e-
voting: Friday, 18th September, 2026.
