Further to the aforesaid intimation, we hereby inform you that Ms. Nutan Gaba Patwari has vacated her office as CFO of the Company upon close of business hours today, i.e., August 31, 2026. Consequently, with effect from the close of business hours on August 31, 2026, she has ceased to be the CFO, KMP and SMP of the Company, including the KMP authorised for determining the materiality of an event or information and making disclosures to the Stock Exchange(s) pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
