Scrip Symbol: UTIAMC Scrip Code / Symbol: 543238 / UTIAMC Sub: Allotment of 9,227 equity shares under ‘UTI AMC Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2007’ Dear Sir / Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI master circular dated 30th January, 2026, we are disclosing that Nomination and Remuneration Committee of UTI Asset Management Company Limited has; on 8th July, 2026 at 1720 hrs IST; approved the allotment of 9,227 equity shares of face value of ₹10 each pursuant to the exercise of options by eligible employee under ‘UTI AMC Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2007’. Post the aforesaid allotment, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company shall be increased from ₹ 1,28,52,53,380 (12,85,25,338 equity shares of face value of ₹10 each) to ₹ 1,28,53,45,650 (12,85,34,565 equity shares of face value of ₹10 each). The new equity shares shall rank pari-passu in all respects with the existing equity shares.
