The decision to close the operations of the aforesaid MBO has been taken after evaluating the business performance and in line with the Company's strategic business plans. This closure is part of the Company’s ongoing efforts to optimize its retail network and strengthen and expand its presence through strategically located and better performing Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs). We would also like to assure all stakeholders that this transition will not adversely affect our employees. All the employees from these outlets will be redeployed to nearby outlets, ensuring continuity of employment and uninterrupted customer service.
