The Surveillance Department BSE Limited Mumbai Subject: Clarification on Price Movement Dear Sir/Madam, This is with reference to your communication dated 28 August 2026 seeking clarification from the Company regarding the significant movement in the price of the Company's securities. In this regard, we wish to state as follows - 1. The Company is mindful of and has been complying with its applicable disclosure obligations under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("LODR Regulations"), including Regulation 30. The Company has made disclosures to the Stock Exchange from time to time in respect of all events, information and developments which, based on the information available to the Company and in the Company's considered view, were required to be disclosed under the applicable regulatory framework. 2. The Company has reviewed the information and developments presently known to it in the context of the clarification sought by the Exchange. As on the date of this response, there is no further information, event or development concerning the Company which, in the Company's considered view, requires disclosure under Regulation 30 of the LODR Regulations and which has not already been appropriately disclosed to the Stock Exchange. 3. The Company is not aware of any specific reason attributable to the Company for the movement in the market price of its securities and, accordingly, is not in a position to comment on the same. The movement in the market price and trading activity of the Company's securities is subject to market conditions and factors beyond the control of the Company, and the Company does not seek to speculate on the reasons for such movement. 4. The Company further confirms that it will continue to evaluate material events, information and developments on an ongoing basis in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements and shall make appropriate disclosures to the Stock Exchange as and when required under the LODR Regulations and other applicable laws.
