Dear Sir/ Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, wherein the Company had earlier intimated regarding the Notice dated August 11, 2026, of the 33rd Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) and has furnished the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2026, vide its letters bearing reference no. DAM/SE/19/2026-27 and DAM/SE/21/2026-27 dated August 13, 2026, respectively. In the said Notice of the Annual General Meeting, forming part of the Annual Report, on pages 238 and 239, the Cut-off Date for determining the eligibility of Members to vote through electronic mode has been inadvertently mentioned as Friday, August 28, 2026, instead of Tuesday, September 1, 2026. Accordingly, the Cut-off Date shall be read as Tuesday, September 1, 2026, in place of Friday, August 28, 2026. Except as stated above, all other terms and contents of the 33rd AGM Notice dated August 11, 2026, are and shall remain unchanged. The intimation about the corrected cut-off date will also be available on the website of the Company at www.damcapital.in and will also be made available on the website of National Securities Depositories Limited i.e., www.evoting.nsdl.com. This intimation shall form an integral part of the Notice of 33rd AGM already circulated to the Members of the Company. Accordingly, the Notice of 33rd AGM shall be read in conjunction with this intimation.
