We are pleased to inform you that the 35th Annual General Meeting of Members of the Company (“AGM”) is scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 3:30 P.M. IST through Video Conferencing (“VC”) / Other Audio-Visual Means (“OAVM”) in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) from time to time. As previously intimated, a Final Dividend of Re. 1.00/- (Rupee One Only) per equity share (10%) of the face value of Rs.10 (Rupees Ten) each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, is recommended by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 20, 2026 and pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Friday, September 04, 2026 as the “Record Date” for the purpose of determining entitlement of members to Final Dividend, if declared at the 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The final dividend will be paid on or after September 24, 2026, if declared. Further, the Company has fixed Thursday, September 17, 2026, as the “Cut-off Date” for the purpose of determining the members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the 35th Annual General Meeting.
