Part B was originally incorporated pursuant to the Shareholders’ Agreement (“SHA”) executed between the Company and GRAND ANICUT FUND 1, Mr. Sathishkumar T, Ms. Anitha S, Mr. T S Shanjay and Ms. T S Nitin wherein the key terms of the SHA had been duly captured in the Articles of Association. Since the SHA has now terminated / is no longer applicable, the Company proposes to delete Part B to align the Articles of Association with the current regulatory and governance requirements.
