The 13th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, 25 th September, 2026 at 10.30 A.M.
through 'Video Conferencing' or 'Other Audio Visual Means’. In compliance with section 108 of Companies Act,
2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 as amended and
Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, the Company has
arranged e-voting facility for its members to participate in the business to be transacted at the 13th Annual
General Meeting.
Further, the cut-off date for determining the eligibility to vote by electronic means or in the general meeting has
been fixed as September 18 th, 2026.
Further, pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015, read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of said Regulation, please find attached herewith
copy of Notice of 13th Annual General Meeting of the Company. This is for the information of the Exchange and

Nakodas Group has built a strong legacy of delivering delicious, healthy and natural food
products, with a focus on quality, taste and customer satisfaction. The Group brings together
carefully selected natural ingredients and food products to cater to the diverse requirements
of customers across domestic and international markets.
Nakoda Group of Industries Limited is engaged in the manufacturing, processing, trading and
distribution of a wide range of food and agrobased products. The Company offers products
including Tutti Fruity (Diced Chelory), also known as Papaya Preserve, Karonda Cherries
(Indian Cherries), Sweet Lime Peels, Orange Cut Peels, various varieties of Jams, Fruit Pulp,
Sauces, Canned Vegetables, Frozen Fruits &Vegetables, Dry Fruits, Roasted and Salted Nuts,
Popcorns, Sesame Seeds, Spices, Fox Nuts (Makhanas), Cotton and Cotton Bales, Chia Seeds,
Sabja Seeds, Amla Candy, Gulkand, Amla Powder, Amla Murabba and Inverted Sugar Syrup,
among others.
The Company has also expanded its business presence into the beverages and packaged
drinking water segment. During the year, the Company expanded its product portfolio to
include mineral water, aerated and sparkling water, nonalcoholic beverages, carbonated and
flavoured drinks, soda, soft drinks and other fruit and nonfruitbased beverages. The
Company has further diversified into the energy drinks and flavoured carbonated soft drinks
segment under its brand “NO CTRL (NO CONTROL)”, marking an important step towards
strengthening its presence in the consumer products and FMCG space.
The Company has also entered into a copacking arrangement for the manufacturing, supply
and copacking ofits beverage products under the “NO CTRL” brand, enabling it to expand its
beverage product range and distribution reach.

The Company has been engaged in exports to the Middle East and European markets and also
caters to the domestic market in India. Its strategic location in Nagpur, situated centrally in
India, provides logistical advantages for supplying products efficiently across various parts of
the country.
TheCompany's products cater to adiverse customer base, including icecream manufacturers,
bakeries, sweets and namkeen manufacturers, airline companies, railway catering, the Indian
defence sector, food processing companies, pharmaceutical companies and other institutional
customers.
With its established experience in the food and agroproducts industry and its recent
diversification into the beverages and consumer products segment, Nakoda Group aims to
build a broader and more diversified FMCG business while continuing to focus on product
quality, innovation and customer satisfaction.

Food, Agrobased Products and Cotton segments. Nakoda Group is engaged in the

The Standalone Revenue of the Company stood at 4,345.60 Lakhs, as compared to
%4,625.24 Lakhs in the previous year.
