The firm has furnished its consent and confirmed its eligibility and non-disqualification for appointment as Statutory Auditor under the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The appointment shall be effective from August 31st, 2026 until the conclusion of the General Meeting at which the appointment is approved by the members.
