Dear Sir / Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), we wish to inform you that the Company has
entered into the binding term sheet with a Sovereign AI company based in India requiring high-performance computing
infrastructure, for the provision of NVIDIA Blackwell cloud GPUs and allied services.
The arrangement has an aggregate contract value of approximately Rs. 1,000 crore (exclusive of applicable taxes) and remains
valid up to June 2029.
This engagement represents a significant milestone in the Company's strategy of signing up longer term customers.
The disclosure as required under Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular No.
SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 is attached herewith and marked as Annexure A to this
letter.
