The Equity Shares allotted are fully paid up and shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company. The Company would submit the application for obtaining listing and trading approval from BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. With the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company shall stand increased from Rs. 161,65,13,750 (16,16,51,375 shares of Rs. 10 each) to Rs. 161,66,38,750 (16,16,63,875 shares of Rs. 10 each).
