In terms of Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting herewith the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2025-26 and the Notice of 48th AGM, which is being sent through electronic mode to those members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent / Depository Participants. Further, pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a letter providing the web-link of the Annual Report, being sent to those members who have not registered their e-mail address, is also attached and available on the Company’s website at www.reliancechemotex.com The Annual report containing the Notice of 48th AGM is also uploaded on the Company's website at https://reliancechemotex.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/Annual-Report-2025-26.pdf and the same shall also be available on the website of NSDL at www.evoting.nsdl.com Further, the Board of Directors of Reliance Chemotex Industries Ltd. at their meeting held on Friday, May 29, 20265, through video conferencing, recommended to the shareholders of the Company, a Final Dividend @ 5% i.e. Rs. 0.50/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2026. The Dividend will be paid to the eligible shareholders, on or after September 24, 2026, upon approval of the Dividend by the Shareholders at the 48th AGM.
