for the Financial Year 2025-26 along with the Notice convening the 64th AGM of the Company to
be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 12.30 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (“VC”) /
Other Audio Visual Means (“OAVM”).
In accordance with the circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs dated April 8, 2020, and
subsequent circulars issued in this regard, the latest being circular dated September 22, 2025 and
the circulars issued by the Securities Exchange Board of India, the Annual Report and the Notice
for the AGM of the Company is being sent electronically to those shareholders whose email IDs
are registered with the Company/Registrar and Share Transfer Agent and the Depositories. The
aforesaid Annual Report and the Notice is also available on the Company’s website at
www.mangalfincorp.com and on the website of National Securities Depository Limited (“NSDL”)
at https://www.evoting.nsdl.com.
