Flat Knitted Sweaters Division The Company has entered into a contract with Ningbo Cixing Co. Ltd., China, for the supply of 106 nos. of state-of-the-art fully computerized flat knitting machines. The addition of these machines will strengthen the Company's sweater manufacturing capacity, improve productivity and enable production of higher volumes and a wider range of products. 2. Circular Knits (T-shirts) Division The Company is simultaneously expanding its Circular Knits (T-shirts) Division to increase manufacturing capacity and meet the requirements of its growing customer base. The combined expansion is expected to facilitate higher production and sales, thereby supporting top-line growth, while the adoption of modern machinery and improved operating efficiencies are expected to contribute positively to profitability and the Company's bottom line. The machinery under the expansion programme is expected to be installed and commissioned in a phased manner during FY 2026-27. Please take the same on record.
