Towers, Dalal Street Mumbai-400001 Dear Sir/Madam, Scrip Code: 541144 (Active Clothing Co Ltd) Subject: : Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015- Expansion of Sweater and T-Shirt Manufacturing Capacity Dear Sir/Madam, We are pleased to inform that the Company has undertaken a capacity expansion programme across its manufacturing facilities to enhance production capacity and support the anticipated growth in business. 1. Flat Knitted Sweaters Division The Company has entered into a contract with Ningbo Cixing Co. Ltd., China, for the supply of 106 nos. of state-of-the-art fully computerized flat knitting machines. The addition of these machines will strengthen the Company's sweater manufacturing capacity, improve productivity and enable production of higher volumes and a wider range of products. 2. Circular Knits (T-shirts) Division The Company is simultaneously expanding its Circular Knits (T-shirts) Division to increase manufacturing capacity and meet the requirements of its growing customer base. The combined expansion is expected to facilitate higher production and sales, thereby supporting top-line growth, while the adoption of modern machinery and improved operating efficiencies are expected to contribute positively to profitability and the Company's bottom line. The machinery under the expansion programme is expected to be installed and commissioned in a phased manner during FY 2026-27. Please take the same on record.
