This year has been one of steady growth, thoughtful partnerships, and new ideas taking shape. We closed the year with revenues of ₹487.15 lakh and net worth crossing ₹1346.79 lakh, proof that our efforts are moving in the right direction. A few highlights: • Project implementation continues at a fast pace for our Ground mounted Solar Open Access contracts in Solapur, Maharashtra (1.3 MWp) and Gujarat (3.5 MWp) • FY 26 also saw the commencement of execution of two of our most prestigious projects: the integrated 2500 TPA Battery Recycling and Metal Extraction Plant at Wada, Maharashtra and a 100 MWh per annum Testing & Assembly Unit of Second Life Refurbished Lithium Ion Batteries at the same location. • Our EV Charging manufacturing facility at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu has made substantial progress in increasing its footprint across India, including Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Gujarat and Maharashtra, with the aggregate installed capacity of our Chargers exceeding 1.5 MW on a Pan India basis. All the above achievements were possible due to the single-minded determination of our Management Team to make a niche for brand Epic. Inspired by the Government of India's Mission LiFE and its Pro-Planet People (P3) movement, we launched initiatives aimed at promoting sustainable lifestyles and greater environmental awareness among citizens. We launched our new App "e-Mission Control", a comprehensive application designed to help Indian citizens measure and better understand their carbon footprint. We believe this initiative marks the beginning of a larger digital sustainability journey aimed at making sustainable living more accessible and actionable for every Indian at the individual level. Complementing this effort is our 52-week LinkedIn campaign, "How Green is Your Planet", which seeks to inspire greater environmental awareness and encourage individual climate action. The recent geo-political developments have made it imperative for India to become as self-sufficient as possible.
