Board of Directors of the Company vide a circular resolution passed today, i.e July 08, 2026 has, considered
and approved the following:
i. Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the appointment
of Mr. Ignatius Kaitha as the Chief Human Resource Officer (“CHRO”) of the Company and his
designation as a Senior Management Personnel (“SMP”). (Refer Annexure – A)
ii. Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the appointment
of Mr. Ateet Parikh as the Chief Collection Officer of the Company and his designation as a Senior
Management Personnel (“SMP”). (Refer Annexure – A)
The details of the aforesaid appointments, as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI
Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated
