Trading Window

National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) has announced the closure of its trading window for all insiders, including designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is effective from July 1, 2026, and is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026. The company stated that the date for the Board meeting to consider these results will be intimated in due course.
