Trading Window.
महोदय/Dear Sir,
In pursuance of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the
Company's Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window
for dealing with the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Insiders including
Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st July, 2026 and ends on 48
hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the
1st quarter ending on 30th June, 2026 for the financial year 2026-27. The date of Board
meeting for consideration of the unaudited financial results for the 1st quarter ending on
30th June, 2026 shall be intimated in due course.
