ABOUT US
A Three-Decade Journey to National Scale
India's only integrated Onshore and Offshore Oil & Gas Service Provider
▪ Commenced business in 1991 and listed on Indian stock exchanges —over three decades of
continuous operating history.
▪ Originally spanned both Exploration & Production (E&P) and post-exploration Oil & Gas
support services.
▪ Given the very different risk profiles, capital needs and valuation characteristics of the two
businesses, they were separated via an NCLT-approved Scheme of Arrangement (appointed
date 1 Apr 2017; effective June 2020).
▪ The services business —with its operating assets, liabilities, subsidiaries and contracts —
moved into the present entity, renamed Deep Industries Limited in September 2020 and listed
separately in April 2021.
▪ Deep Industries today is a focused oil & gas field-services company: gas compression, gas
dehydration, drilling/workover rigs, gas processing, production enhancement and integrated
field services.

ABOUT US
Positioned at the Centre of India's Energy Push
▪ Dominant presence across natural gas compression, natural gas dehydration, drilling & workover rigs, Integrated Project Management, and full gas-
processing facilities on charter hire.
▪ Moved up the value chain with a first-of-its-kind Production Enhancement Contract with ONGC.
▪ In January 2023, Deep entered offshore oil & gas support services by acquiring a 75% stake in Dolphin Offshore (Enterprises) India Limited via the
IBC route —itself listed on Indian exchanges —giving the group presence across both onshore and offshore.
Aatmanirbhar Bharat — a national tailwind
In today's changing global geopolitical landscape, energy self-sufficiency is more critical than ever. Under the Hon'ble Prime Minister's vision of
Aatmanirbhar Bharat, India is actively pursuing investment in its Exploration & Production sector as part of a broader USD 500 billion opportunity in
Energy Infrastructure by 2030. With comprehensive service offerings across the value chain, Deep is strategically positioned to capitalize on this
opportunity.
