On 24th January 2023, the Board approved a multi-year Supply Chain Agility Program, which included the said Unit. The program was publicly disclosed through a press release, included in the notes to financial statements for the quarter ended 31stDecember 2022, and communicated to the stock exchanges. As part of the said agility program and subject to receipt of necessary statutory approvals, the company intends to transfer the excise license issued by Telangana Prohibition & Excise Departmentto another party, following which our factory operations at the Unit will cease.
