Order received from Classic Electric for supply of Power Distribution Systems. The delivery of the said goods shall be made over a period of 6-8 months. Please note that none of the Promoters/Promoter Group have any interest in the aforesaid work, and the said order/contract does not fall within the ambit of related party transactions.
