CNGSN & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors, and M/s. Kasat & Associates as Secretarial Auditor. The board also noted the resignation of M/s. B S S & Associates as Secretarial Auditors, Mr. K Srivas as Internal Auditor, and approved the appointment of M/s. Pranaya & Co as Internal Auditors. The 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 26, 2026 through Video Conference or other Audio-Visual means (VC/OAVM).
