In accordance with the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with the Electricity Rules, 2005, the Company is required to hold a minimum of twenty-six percent (26%) of the equity share capital of the power producer to qualify as a captive user of the power generated by such power producer. The scheduled commissioning date was inadvertently mentioned as 30th June 2026, whereas the correct scheduled commissioning date is 30th June 2027. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular bearing Ref. No. HO/ 49/ 14/ 14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/ I/ 3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed herewith as Annexure-A.
