Mold-Tek Developed

Innovative Concepts
From the Desk of the Chairman
Dear Shareholders,
As Mold-Tek approaches the completion of four decades of its journey, I am filled with a
deep sense of pride and gratitude. What began as SSI unit 40 years ago, has evolved
into a diversified and technology-driven rigid packaging leader in India, with a strong
market presence and a growing portfolio of products and capabilities.
The journey has not always been easy. It has been shaped by determination, long-term
vision, widening product range, entering new domains, team building, innovation and,
above all, disciplined execution. As we enter the next phase and bring in second
generation leaders, these principles will continue to guide us as we pursue sustainable
growth and create long-term value for all our stakeholders.
J. Lakshmana Rao
Chairman and Managing Director
Navigating a Changing Global Environment
The global packaging industry is undergoing a significant transformation. Customer expectations are evolving
rapidly, sustainability is becoming increasingly important, regulatory requirements are becoming more stringent and
businesses across the value chain are under constant pressure to improve competitiveness and efficiency.
In this environment, leadership will increasingly be defined not merely by scale and product quality, but by the ability
to innovate, adapt, move in to new domains and build resilient processes and controls. At Mold-Tek, we believe that
our investments in technology, product development, manufacturing capabilities and customer relationships
position us well to handle this transformation.
The past year also reminded us that preparedness and resilience are no longer choices but necessities. Geopolitical
uncertainties, volatility in crude oil and raw material prices and currency depreciation created several challenges for
businesses across the world. Despite these headwinds, Mold-Tek remained focused on what we could control i.e.
serving our customers well, improving our operations and executing our plans. I am happy to say that we came
through the year stronger and the same is reflected in our financial performance as well.
A Strong Year for Mold-Tek
Against this backdrop, Mold-Tek delivered a strong performance during FY 2025-26 supported by healthy domestic
demand and continued operational focus.
Our revenue increased by 13.48%, supported by an 11.41% growth in sales volume. EBITDA increased by 20.71%, reflecting
improved operating leverage, better profitability and greater operational efficiency. Net profit grew by 20.35%,
demonstrating the Company's ability to translate healthy volume growth into stronger earnings.
While I am pleased with these results, we remain conscious that every year brings new challenges and focus will
therefore remain on building new businesses that can deliver consistent and sustainable performance and ensure
growth momentum.
Strengthening Manufacturing Efficiency
During FY 2025-26, Mold-Tek undertook a strategic consolidation of its manufacturing operations in Hyderabad. Five
units in Hyderabad are now consolidated into two major units, thereby increasing efficiency and reducing costs. The
initiative is aimed at improving operational efficiency, optimizing manufacturing costs and enhancing resource
utilization. We bought all printing and label manufacturing under one roof, thereby reducing internal transport costs
and rejections.
I believe that this consolidation will create a more efficient operating platform and enable us to respond more
effectively to evolving customer requirements as we scale our business.

Innovation and New Partnerships
Innovation continues to remain at the heart of our growth strategy. Entering new domains ensures sustained growth
in the long run.
During the year, Mold-Tek entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Vibe Generation Holdings, a UK based
company specializing in advanced intellectual property for caps and closures for high-value products. This
partnership represents an important step in our efforts to expand our product and technology capabilities.
As part of this collaboration, three products have already been developed, while six additional products are currently
under development. This product range will start contributing revenues from FY27-28.
Such collaborations will allow us to combine our manufacturing expertise and market reach with specialized
intellectual property and product innovations, t
